Every FIWT member has the opportunity to make a difference by helping our organization grow, engage, and retain members!

Throughout the year, individual members earn points by participating in qualifying membership activities, including recruiting new members, encouraging former members to rejoin, and helping members feel welcomed and involved. Members are responsible for submitting their completed activities through the online Membership Achievement Submission Form found below.

The member who earns the most points throughout the year will be recognized as the FIWT Membership Ambassador of the Year at the 2027 Post-Convention Board Meeting.
